Terms of Service
Last updated September 26, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Reality Software Entertainment, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company doing business as Ravensight ("we", "us"). They govern use of Ravensight, a game analytics service. By creating an account or integrating an SDK you agree to them. If you accept them for a studio or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organization.
Eligibility
Ravensight is a service for businesses and individuals who make games. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to create an account.
The service
Ravensight collects gameplay events from games you integrate, computes analytics over them, and provides dashboards, an AI analyst, Player Reports, Studio Intelligence, source scans, an API, and an MCP server for querying your own data. Ravensight Playtest additionally provides a command line tool you run on your own machine, which drives your own build and relays its model calls through us. Accounts are provided through RealitySE, our identity service, under its own terms.
Pricing
Ravensight includes a monthly allowance of 1,000,000 events and 10 shared AI units per account. Additional usage draws from a prepaid balance: $0.05 per started 100,000-event block and $0.20 per additional AI unit. Everything the service charges for is denominated in one of those two units. Screenshot reports and MCP reads are priced as weighted events, so they draw the same event allowance and then the same balance; MCP additionally requires an account that has loaded a prepaid balance at least once, and each MCP token carries a monthly cap you set. Source scans and playtest units are priced in AI units, are never covered by the included monthly allowance, and draw on the prepaid balance from the first use. A source scan is priced by the size of the source that survives our filter, quoted before anything runs and refused above 16 MB. Playtest units are charged when a job registers and credited back for any unit that did not produce a usable result, including a fix attempt that changed nothing or that found the behavior was intended. See usage rates and limits for the work covered by each unit. Top-ups are one-time Stripe payments, not a subscription. The balance does not expire; paid work stops when funds are unavailable unless you enable auto-recharge. Prices may change with notice; usage already incurred is charged at the rate in effect when it occurred.
If you close your account, we refund your unused prepaid balance on request. Send the request to support@realityse.com. We issue refunds within 90 days of the request, to the original payment method where it can still accept one and otherwise by another reasonable method; your bank may take additional time to post it. Balance already spent on usage, and the included monthly allowance, which has no cash value, are not refundable.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the games you connect and for what your integrations put into event payloads, including any disclosures owed to your players.
- Ingest keys are publishable; account credentials, MCP tokens and Playtest CLI tokens are not, and you are responsible for keeping them secret. You are responsible for what is run under a token issued to you, including in continuous integration.
- For a playtest, you are responsible for the build you point the tool at and for having the right to play it. Do not use the model proxy for anything other than running a playtest of your own game.
- You will not attempt to disrupt the service, evade metering or rate limits, access another account's data, or use Ravensight for anything unlawful.
Fair use and inactivity
Requests are subject to published rate limits and payload ceilings. Accounts with no dashboard activity for roughly six months may have data collection paused after an email warning; signing back in and re-enabling tracking restores collection, and no collected insight is deleted by the pause.
Your data
Your analytics data is yours. Raw events are retained for 90 days, long-term aggregates indefinitely, as described in the Privacy Policy. Playtest reports, findings and briefs last as long as the game; opt-in session video and action transcripts expire after 90 days. You can export what the API can query, and deleting a game deletes its data. Your source code and your build are never uploaded by a playtest.
You grant us permission to host, process and display your data only as needed to provide, secure, support and bill Ravensight for you.
Our property
We own Ravensight, including its software, SDKs, documentation and design. Ravensight and the Ravensight logo are trademarks of Reality Software Entertainment, LLC. While your account is in good standing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and to include the Ravensight SDKs in games you distribute. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Disclaimers and liability
Ravensight is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it, and analytics results, including AI analyst answers, source scan findings, Studio Intelligence analysis and AI persona playtest reports, are informational and may contain errors. AI output is not professional advice: review it before you act on it, including any change a fix attempt proposes, which you alone decide whether to merge. A persona is not a substitute for a human tester, and a release comparison shows a difference between two windows rather than a cause.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Reality Software Entertainment, LLC against third-party claims arising from your games, the data your integrations send to Ravensight, or your breach of these terms.
Termination
You can stop using Ravensight and delete your games at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service, with notice where practical. When an account closes, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, and unused prepaid balance is handled as described under Pricing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from Ravensight will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Knox County, Ohio, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Ravensight. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them to a successor of the Ravensight business.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions go to support@realityse.com, or to Reality Software Entertainment, LLC, Mount Vernon, Ohio.
